How We Handle Your Insurance, Start to Finish
Dental benefits can be confusing, with deductibles, annual maximums, waiting periods, and frequency limits to keep track of. You shouldn’t have to decode any of it before you can book an appointment.
When you call or request an appointment at our Beverly office, here’s what happens on our end:
We verify your benefits before your visit. Our front desk team contacts your insurance carrier ahead of your appointment to confirm your plan is active and to check what’s covered.
We walk you through your estimated cost. Before any treatment begins, you’ll know roughly what your insurance is expected to pay and what your out of pocket portion will be, so there are no surprise bills after the fact.
We file the claims for you. Once treatment is complete, our team submits the paperwork directly to your insurer. You don’t have to track down forms or follow up on reimbursement.
If your plan isn’t one of the carriers listed above, that doesn’t automatically mean we can’t see you. Many PPO plans allow you to visit an out of network dentist and still receive partial reimbursement.

Out of Network
We don’t have an agreement with your insurance company. But many plans still pay part of the cost. We’ll help you with the paperwork to get money back. If there’s a gap in cost, our patient financing options can help cover the rest.
